  • 2-3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons peeled, minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the sherry, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add the beef, toss, and let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
